Gas Safety Certificate

Upon your instruction we will arrange for a registered engineer to visit your property and carry out the relevant safety checks before issuing the certificate.

Energy Performance Certificate

Upon your instruction we will arrange for an energy assessor to visit the property, assess the energy rating and issue the certificate.

Electrical Installation Condition Report

Upon your instruction we will arrange for an electrician to visit the property, and carry out the relevant safety checks before issuing the certificate

Tenant referencing

Complete a series of background checks on all tenants using a leading referencing company, to ensure both affordability and suitability for your property

£30 (£36 incl vat) per reference

Deposit Registration

Register tenant's and landlord's details and protect the security deposit with a government authorised scheme

Tenancy Renewal Fees

Contract negotiation and amends to a further tenancy and agreement

Professional Inventory Report

Upon your instruction we will arrange for an independent inventory clerk to prepare an inventory for your property. The final cost will vary depending on the size and level of furnishing.

Upon your instruction we will arrange for an independent inventory clerk to carry out a check-out report, payable at the commencement of the tenancy.
