Why us?

Letting and managing a client’s property is not a responsibility we take lightly which is why we pride ourselves on finding good quality tenants and taking care of the little details that can make all the difference.

We go out of our way to ensure that we only let properties that we’d be prepared to live in ourselves, and only to tenants that we’d be happy to let our own homes to. It’s just one of the reasons 90% of our new business comes from personal recommendations, and 70% of our Landlords have been with us for over 5 years.

Bespoke services tailored to your needs

We take the hassle out of renting a property with a service that’s built around you and your needs as a Landlord, including finding tenants, rent collection and fully managed services.

We have access to an extensive database of tenants and agencies and provide maximum exposure of all properties on the leading property website portals. We use one of the UK’s leading referencing companies to perform stringent checks on all potential tenants and subscribe to the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) which is the only one backed by the Government.

When you let your property with Match a Property, you’ll benefit from the expertise that comes from having a fully trained team with over 40 years combined experience in property management.

As a small local business, we don’t just serve the community, we’re a part of it. We strongly believe in supporting local services so we actively contribute to the local Church, School and the Ealing Soup Kitchen.
