Ealing's Estate Agent
About us
We are a local, independent, family business focused entirely on West London.
Selling a home can be an emotional and complicated process, and renting can be stressful due to complex legislative regulations. That's why we offer a service that's built on advice, over 20 years of expertise and the local knowledge that comes from living in the community we serve.
We know that our success is based on our client satisfaction and recommendations. That’s why 90% of our business comes from referrals, and over 70% of our rental landlords have been with us for over 5 years.
Our service is bespoke and designed to meet each client. We want to listen to you, understand your needs and expectations; and continuously strive to exceed your expectations.

Meet the Team
Dean - Managing Partner
“I love property, but after two decades working in businesses where numbers and targets were the main topic of conversation, I knew I had to be different. That’s when I started Match, and it was the best career decision I’ve ever made”
Dean has lived in Ealing all his life and began his property career over 30 years ago working for many of the UK’s leading agents. Dean started Match a Property in 2009 and is still actively involved in all sales and lettings transactions within the business. Over the years, Dean has built long lasting relationships with his clients, many of whom have become friends.
Helen - Managing Partner
“As a local mum, I understand the importance of community, and this is one of the reasons I love Ealing so much”
Helen began her career in the Retail Industry, working for Buying Teams of retailers such as Boots, Carphone Warehouse/Best Buy, Woolworths and Jessups. Having then gone on to lead the commercial teams at Sky and the British Gas connected home start-up business Hive, Helen built the Sales and Commercial strategy for other start-ups such as Ocushield and Nolii. She is now using that commercial experience within Match a Property to help build the business in an area that she loves. She is married to Dean, and they have two daughters.
Hannah - Office Manager
“I met Helen and Dean though our children’s school and spoke to them about their business. I loved their philosophy and their commitment to a work/life balance.”
Hannah has lived in Ealing for 10 years and is familiar with the many selling points that Ealing has to offer potential tenants and buyers. Before working at Match A Property Hannah was a Graduate Recruitment & Training Specialist in the legal and charity sector. Hannah joined Match A Property in 2022 and runs administrative side of the Ealing Broadway office.
Chris Lubbock - Property Partner
“Property is all I have ever known – from sales, to lettings, to renovating and to building them”
Chris started his career in property sales back in 1987 and over the years, he’s covered every aspect of the industry. After many successful years, he decided to use his extensive knowledge to specialise in property development and project management and now helps to manage the property maintenance business for Match a Property.
Sarah - Negotiator and Marketing Lead
After graduating from music college and realising that music was not the long term career for me I found myself working for a property company in central London. Having worked and lived in Knightsbridge, South Kensington and then Chelsea for just under 20 years I moved to Ealing with my young family and have not looked back. Ten years on I have amassed a great knowledge and network within the local community and have a real passion for helping sellers and buyers make their next move.
Monty - Office Mascot
‘I love the local parks and meeting my fellow dog friends while mum and dad chat business”
Giving back
The area is more than just a postcode, it’s about the people who make it a community. Over their lives Dean, Helen and their two daughters have benefitted massively from the services they have received and the relationships they have built.
That’s why giving back to the local community is equally important to them and they are both heavily involved in many projects. Helen is the PTA chair for her local children’s school charity, and volunteers at both the Night Shelter and Foodbank. Dean has a regular slot at the Soup Kitchen though his church and helps promote the girls football team his daughter is a member of. Monty keeps the rangers of Lammas Park on their toes.
That’s why if you use Match a property services, we will make a donation to a local school or church of your choice, or to Ealing Soup Kitchen on your behalf.
